Four Weeks Old

Little Jahan is four weeks old today :) Time is certainly flying by, as everyone warned us it would. She is really growing and changing fast. Here is her resume so far:

Honors: Advanced Placement Head Lifting
Awards: Little Miss Milk Chugger 2008
Nicknames: Little Barracuda (watch out or she'll latch onto your bosom before you even see her coming), Babek, Chubbles, Pikachoo (we like the Pokemon names), Pumpkin, Squirtle (for her impressive diaper-filling abilities).
Hobbies: Watching dad dance to lullabies, looking out the window
Prized Possession: umbilical cord (still on at 4 weeks!)
Crimes and Misdemeanors: Bath evasion
Favorite locales: stroller, towel-cushioned laundry basket in bathroom during mom's showers :)

Dan and I are doing just fine - just tired. I don't know how we would have managed without help from Abuelo and Abuelita (grandparents) during the past couple of weeks. We'll figure out a daily routine of some sort eventually. I'm looking forward to the weather warming up so we can get out more. There's only so much of The View and Oprah we can take!
